Welcome to the wonderful world of desserts free of dairy and eggs!

Siue Moffat began writing vegan cookzines in the mid '90's and decided to do a healthier collection of desserts. As there were no vegan dessert cookbooks at the time it seemed natural to self publish in book form. Lickin' the Beaters: Low Fat Vegan Desserts Illustrated by 8 Fantastic Artists was born from 5 years of work.

Five years later Lickin' the Beaters 2: Vegan Chocolate and Candy is coming up the pipeline. Another 5 years of concocting recipes has lead to a collection of rich and decadent recipes of cruelty free sweets.

Lickin' the Beaters 2, and the second printing of Lickin' the Beaters 1, are both new titles from PM Press. Beaters 1 is due out in May 2008 and Beaters 2 before the summer.
